Answer: A simple way has been given in Kalamrit to tell which place a particular person will grow according to his name, for this, we should keep in mind the following things.

If the remainder of the digits of the name of the native is better than the digits of the place known to him, then that place flourishes.

The first letter of the person's name should be counted with "A" and should be kept as "A". 

The first letter of the place where he is going should also be counted with "A" and it should be kept as B.

Now, putting A and B together should divide by 8, the remaining ones should be given the name "X", similarly B and A should be divided by 8 and those who come should give the name "Y".

If "X" comes more than "Y", the native should understand that he will be successful by going to that fixed place.

Let us understand this by example.

Suppose the name of the person is Ravindranath, when we count it from "A" to "R", we get 18 marks.

 

Suppose the native has to go to Vijayawada, then we get 22 marks by counting from "A" to "V".

Now dividing these two digits by 8, 1822 gives 6, while dividing 2218 by 8 gives 2.

In this way we saw that the remainder of the name of the native is coming more, so the person will definitely get success by going to Vijayawada.
